* Please note that Monday, August 31st is a normal day of school.

(Labor Day is September 7th this year.)




General News

6th Annual Alumni Day:  All TSA Alumni are invited back to TSA on Thursday, May 28th for Alumni Day! (Please note – this is a different date than previously advertised.)  Every year, we invite our alumni to come talk to our high school students about life after TSA.  Please help us get the word out – if you know TSA alumni,  please tell them to go to our Alumni Events page for more information:

Middle School News

Field Trip: MS Students are having an incredible time on their High 5 field trip.  They are working on teamwork, communication, and leadership and having lots of fun along the way.

Remember – there is no school on Friday!

High School News

TOMORROW: HS Field Trip to Portland, ME
8:30 – Buses leave TSA – Don’t be late!
11:30 – Eat bag lunches at Fort Williams Park
1:00 – Afternoon Activity
5:00 – Dinner and exploring Portland in groups no smaller than 3.
7:00 – Leave for home.
10:00* – Arrive TSA
We will call parents phone call when the bus is leaving from Portland Maine tomorrow evening. (3 hours from the school)  We would appreciate that you be at TSA to meet your students when we arrive.
Please remember to bring:
  • A cell phone if you have one.
  • A bag lunch and money for dinner.  (Please let Janice know if you need assistance with dinner money.)
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Sunscreen

Tree Planting in Hartland:  On your day off onFriday, 5/22, earn needed community service hours by helping the Greater Upper Valley Chapter (GUVTU) Members plant 200 trees and shrubs on the banks of Lull’s Brook in Hartland, VT.  Meet at 11:00 am in the Recreation Department parking lot with a shovel, work gloves, appropriate clothing, and a desire to help the environment and a special population of local brook trout.  For more information contact GUVTU board member, Caleb Eastman @:      or (802) 436 – 1503

Medieval Festival needs volunteers!  Open Fields School in Thetford, VT needs volunteers for the Medieval Festival. Set up is Friday, May 22 from 3:30 – 7 pm. The Festival  is Saturday, May 23 from 8 am – 4 pm. Clean up is from 4 – 7 pm.  During the festival, we need festival runners (helping out wherever needed), entertainment (strolling minstrels, face painting, etc.), vendor assistants (helping sell food or other items), and entertainment assistants.
