TSA Receives 2018 Community Service Award

On September 27, 2018, the Windsor County Partners Annual Luncheon and Meeting took place in Windsor to recognize this year’s community award recipients. Head of School Michael Livingston and TSA Student Lowry Newswanger (TSA ’21) were on hand to receive the 2018 Community Service Award on behalf of TSA whose students performed over 2,000 hours of community service. Lowry was chosen to represent TSA because she earned 287 community service hours last year, the most of any student!

Windsor County Partners has been mentoring Vermont youth for more than 40 years. The community service focus of the organization confers special meaning to their Community Service Award, which is bestowed annually to an area school. TSA is very proud to be this year’s recipient.
