Note about SCHOLARSHIP SCAMS: Do not pay for scholarship searches or sources. For more information on scholarship scams, please see the Federal Student Aid site.
Scholarships are a valuable and prestigious way to pay for college. Families should know that it is unusual to obtain scholarships to pay for 100% of college costs so it is important to explore a variety of ways to pay for college.
VSAC (the Vermont Student Assistant Corp) publishes a booklet in November of each year that contains numerous scholarships available to Vermonters. This booklet is also accessible through their website.
