Kim holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has served as the Afterschool Program Director in a Vermont-based Holistic Education program. She has worked with students in a variety of settings, including summer programming and teaching in after-school programs. She is passionate about meeting students where they are academically and emotionally and guiding them through compassion and encouragement.
