Victor joined TSA in 2024 and holds a BS in Mathematics from UVM. He spent 4 years in the US Air Force Space Command and 33 years as a management consultant and executive in the financial and technology markets. From orbital mechanics to artificial intelligence (AI) to the science addressing climate change, Victor has seen the power of math fundamentals in tackling acute challenges and unleashing extraordinary possibilities.
