High School Graduation 2026
Graduation at The Sharon Academy is a celebration of accomplishment, growth, and community. Family members, friends, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members gather to honor the Class of 2026 as they complete one chapter of their journey and prepare to begin the next.
A Tradition of Student Voice
At the heart of TSA’s graduation ceremony are the senior speeches.
Each graduating senior delivers a personal speech reflecting on their experiences, challenges, growth, and hopes for the future. These speeches are thoughtful, honest, and deeply individual, offering a glimpse into each student’s unique journey.
Before each speech, Head of School Mary Newman introduces the graduate using reflections gathered from the student’s advisor. These introductions offer a deeply personal portrait of each student, recognizing not only what they have accomplished, but who they have become during their time at TSA.

Preparing Students for What Comes Next
At TSA, education is about more than academic achievement. Students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning, make meaningful choices, solve real problems, and develop confidence in their own voice.
Graduation reflects these values. By the time students take the stage to deliver their senior speeches, they are not only sharing what they have learned, but also demonstrating the self-awareness, independence, and sense of purpose they have developed along the way.
The ability to reflect thoughtfully, speak authentically, and understand one’s own values is an important foundation for life beyond high school.
